Sunday Drive

A lonely playground, vibrant chrysanthemums, another barn in "rack and ruin" and a glimpse of an autumn sunset captured by the camera were some starting points for conversation that rambled through almost as many subjects as the miles we drove.
I can only tell about the rolling hillscaspes, the horses, the massive wind turbines and the way the setting autumn sun illumined the scenery.
The drive was a surprise gift of just what we needed.

Have I told you lately how much I love your pictures? The last two really make me want to paint! I couldn't do it justice, but I hope and dream, so thank you!

Ah, "rack and ruin" brought back some laughs of our drive with you and Mike!:)Hmmmm!

Zoanna- Thanks. I am also inspired, but I don't know how to paint! You should paint!! I hear from artists (or writers) that it is not always as easy as "Just do it" even if you want to! But I do hope until you can reach for the art supplies, you can be inspired by all the beauty around you and continue to hope and dream!

It cracks me up that we talked about "rack and ruin" when you were here. I guess the countryside has some prime examples!~ (I still don't get it though!)
