"Winter's Come and Gone A Little Bird Told Me So!"

This neighbor cat has been lurking around the patio and under the bird feeder, 

so the birds steer clear of the windowsills when he's prowling about. 

But when the cat is away, the birds do play! We've seen and heard 

cardinals, robins, doves and phoebes in the yard. 
We also saw a pretty little bluebird flitting from fence post to fence post on a recent country drive!
