how lucky you are to have your very own builder and gardener. i have been blessed with a great handy man also, but gardening and yard work are not on his agenda. we are getting ready to install an underground sprinkler system. we as me and the frog in my pocket! so if any of you have advice on how to do this it would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry. I wish we could help.
We have no experience w/ underground spriklers. We thought about this, but instead we planted Native Buffalo Grass which likes heat and drought (and it is so nice and soft) so as long as it isn't too shady it will be happy, we hope! My folks have underground sprinklers and LOVE the convenience. I'm not sure who installed them in Hutch...
It seems like a job for a professional, but then if you're not afraid of the work or challenge, I say, Go for it! and may God oversee the plans and work!
