Here's the Thing
When a drive-in burger joint (a large national restaurant chain) runs out of hamburger buns and a Tex-Mex fast food restaurant (a large national chain) runs out of refried beans during the evening dinner rush, it may be time to seriously re-evaluate the managerial positions. When we experienced these scenarios on our orders, I thought maybe I don't do quite as poorly as I think in my home kitchen management!
