A Snow That Came Fast And Will Last

at least for a few days!

The slide is slippery.

A view to our neighbor's project of love...
Have I mentioned this? This old house is being restored by a man who remembers this house when he was a kid and the house was a beauty. He is working to restore it to a former time.

Love the pictures Laurie. Mike is just about as cute as your snowman. One thing about this weather,it makes you really appreciate the cozy indoors. Have a good evening. Love, Mom

Wow! That snow was coming fast. Love the pictures but don't miss the snow. Miss the people I love in the snow.....

Mom- Yep. Mike is about as cute (Well, even cuter) than the snowman! ;)
Indoors is the cozy place to be, for sure! Stay warm and snug!
Love ya!

Tab- I know you don't miss the snow, but I would love to see the kids all silly in the snow. I think if Henry was warmly bundled up, he'd like to roll around in the snow as he does in the sand!
I'm not sure what the girls would think!

I LOVE the house picture. When I saw it I thought, "What a great study in lines and shading! I think I'll copy it off for my students." Please post progressions of progress for your pal at A Penchant for Pens. (I did the alliterations especially for you.)

I love deep snow. I look forward to blizzards. CAll me crazy.

Zoanna,
I'm glad to post progressions of progress for my pal at Penchant for Pens! As it goes, the progress is slow, but little by little it's getting lined up! I think most progress is on the inside where the lights are lit a lot! Blizzards have an excitement about them (the flurry and fury)... and when schools are called off and we're "stranded" with provisions, it's almost like a holiday!

Great pictures mom! I think you might have gotten more snow than us! Isn't it weird even though we aren't that far apart?
Great pics!!! I have been LONGING for the snow this season! We went to Maggie Valley last year and saw snow and LOVED it!!! I am jealous!!

Okay, so I didn't mean progressions of progress--how ridiculously redundant--but meant PICTURES of progress.
